How does the free trial work?: Plus and Pro start with a 1-month free trial. We ask for a card to start it, but you're not charged until the trial ends. We remind you 3 days before the first charge, and you can cancel any time before then for free.
Can I cancel?: Yes, any time from Plan & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then you're moved to Free. Your Hermes, its memory and your files are kept.
Can I change plans?: Upgrades apply right away and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades and switching between monthly and yearly take effect at the end of the current period.
What does “intelligence” mean?: It's how capable the AI behind your Hermes is. Everyday handles daily tasks well; Smarter reasons better on harder problems; Most capable is our strongest for complex, multi-step work.
Do you offer refunds?: Plans are billed in advance and we don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong, contact us — we'll make it right.
What currency and taxes?: Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable sales taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
